OpSec is short-hand for "operational security" or "operations security". Within the context of prepping, OpSec refers to obscuring your actions and plans from potential or known adversaries, and ensuring that information cannot be used against you. Examples of OpSec include refraining from disclosing the location and quantity of your food stockpile to co-workers.
